He has them on autofollow, so he was the first to reach the cake. =P

Oh, okay, so I should watch the time left on my buff,and run over there as soon as it says 5 minutes remaining.
Funny thing though, is that his two buffers who were on autofollow both got the buff. He didn't.

So, I finally decided to let my curiosity get the better of me, and purchase a Birthday Cake. I summoned it at GoB outside of Goddard, and the after a few seconds, it gave me a 20 min buff. Then, my friends showed up, and they all got the buff as well, except my clan leader. He tried relogging and just about everything he could do, but without any luck.

My 20 minute buff ran out, and I didn't get a new vitality buff either.

How exactly is it supposed to function? Are there rules or tricks for getting it to work properly?

I can start the game now! But it's in russian, and none of the buttons on the side work, so I can't access Options/Settings.
Also, I cannot log in, because nothing happens. It just tries to connect and then I have to use Task Manager to close it.

I would very much like to join when my game magically repairs itself so that it will start. =) I made a thread on your forum. ^_^*

Okay, so I have never had trouble with Lineage 2 before, and I play Lineage 2 EU all the time, and it starts up just fine.
For some reason, the RPG client simply does not want to start. Can someone please help me? =)

Update 1: Okay, I've tried StartupFullScreen=False, but the game is still broken. Maybe I'm not encoding the thing right? Using 413. =)
I have also tried deleting Options.ini, without effect. Grrr..

Normally, I would just delete the system-folder, and run the updater, but neither the new updater from the download section, nor the one that comes with the client will work. It says something about a mirror. >_<"

Update 2: I've installed the newest ATI driver thingy which also contained vcredist, and the DirectX web runtime wouldn't run because I apparently already had it installed.

Disregard this thread. Quitting L2.

So, I recently left my old clan/CP due to my playtime kinda being a bit different than theirs, so right now,
I'm looking for a new one. I'm a Lv.79 EE, and my playtime is 5ish pm EST to like midnight +/- .

I do use vent, and I do talk on vent, though I must admit I prefer typing. I don't really need to get into a CP,
because I can duo or solo pretty okay, so basically, what I want the most right now, is a tag, some clanchat
and a vent server to hang out on.

Preferably a large clan where people aren't complete douchebags (I won't mention names, and no, I'm not
talking about Tz or CB), because I'm not exactly the most thick skinned person on this server. I like hanging out
with NICE people, like myself. Well, not too nice though, because I have a thing for alpha males.
...why did I just say that?..
