How about this idea, what if we make Fantasy Island the main trade area where every kind of sell/buy/craft shop is permitted and in towns we only allow the most common shops that are used most often? Like shots, potions, crafting ... It's easy to get in fantasy island and free and those with limited bandwidth connections and weak pc's won't have to endure this in every major town, only when they're forced to go there. If u think the idea is not good, tell me why and how can we improve it.

Just loled, you cant play with port closed, I/E game server requares 7777/7778/7779 and etc ports, try to block then in your router, pc or w.e and run game. Most ppls in uni baraks cant play l2, couse of port blocking.
Tp play L2, this ports must be opened:
* 53 UDP
* 80 TCP
* 2009 TCP
* 2106 TCP
* 7777 TCP
