open your L2.ini file using this program, browse to the part where it says:

UseWindowFrame=True

Under [WinDrv.WindowsClient] tab

Change value to False:

UseWindowFrame=False

Save and Encrypt using version 413 encoding. Replace with old l2.ini.

I can give info if I can get confirmation this isn't illegal modification by admin.
