so pvp dmg is lower  than elemental? and rush impact + elemental is better then chance?

Hello, I heard some info that best atribute holy  with rush impact chance and others pvp.
But i heard other option... Fire/water/earth/wind with ruch impact enchanted with that elemental and others skills elemental too. so how about it?

Hello, I want to join rpg 15x community BUT, If i start to play here i dont want  to start alone.
