I can't use the german servers since I'm from germany myself. Without it im having like 2 secs delays, the only server that seems "slightly" better (about 1,5s delay) is sweden. Kinda sucks that they dont provide easter european locations.

What server do you choose from the list? I tried several and I don't feel any difference.
