Seriously now, PTS files are less then 1% different to the live ones, the only difference being the fixes. And many of the bugs are minor. And with all this bugs, PTS RETAIL files were, are and FOREVER will be better then an emulation. It is by default, there is no discussion to be had here. I rather have a dozen minor bugs then an infinite number of incorrect variables that result in different everything (stats, damage output, chances to land/resist skills, % of elements influence on dmg/resists etc.). Java devs might have caught God by the leg with the scripts leak, but the binaries were missing. And in those binaries, are ALL the functions that tie in together all those values from the scripts. So they might know the base values of stuff, but they still don't know how those values interact together to create the perfect emulation of the l2 experience. Those can only be back engineered and it's hard. You will never EVER see l2j at even half of the quality of the original NC written code.

I'm calling the server old because it will be almost one year old when the new one should start and who wants to start a 15x server running for a year with many antys/valakas killed when after update it is almost inposible? guys just try to use common sence

l2dc is also java, but its closed project from Dragon Claw team, these files are much better than normal l2j files which u can download on mxc

retail a finally version (or not rly version, simple files used on live are preety bugless) of files used at live servers
pts is like a beta stage which become finally files after fixing all bugs-features which are different that those from patch notes features
off files used by private servers are simple extenders of old leaked c4
and java...well every1 know that

i know the difference, a big difference just u need to know l2j aint that bad nowdays like u think

Only getting something like 87 mp from recharge. This is between 2 level 83 characters so there shouldn't be a problem with the levels. My Warlock, which has higher mana gain passive and gets 200+MP's from recharge on live server, only gets 130+ MP's on PTS.
