if thouse items was stealed ,so i think gm knows what price was paid for thems they hawe to know everything if they tooked items from inventor and give to owners whos got scammed but its not my fault if i bought stealed items still waiting

hi guys,i hawe a problem with connecting to the ussr x15 server,after it move to another server,i cannot connect to only x 15 server,in others i can login. In the window shows ping 9999 and nothing happining when i pressing "enter" or "confirn" . Plz Help from gm,or ppl who knows whats the problem is.
