I've checked Gludio, Dion & the monster track derby, but they are void of any shops (and people even). Giran and Aden have a couple of shops but none selling or crafting what I need. Is there some newbie npc that provides D grade soulshots? or am I shit out of luck and need to level my own crafter? or skip D soulshots entirely..
