USSR [x15] Support / ENCHANTED SKILL PROBLEM

Hello everybody,
Today i've enchanted my greater battle heal +30 and found out some incorrect bonus lol.
+0 GBH costs 179 MP, now with +30 enchant it costs 130 mp. According NCsoft information +30 gbh should costs 88 MP. Also my buddy from retail server got +30 gbh that costs 88 mp there. Also same problem has +12 cost enchanted manaburn, atm it costs 85 not 81 mp lol.
add:
now also i've enchanted major heal and major group heal and both skills got wrong bonus too. +13 major heal now has 986 power but should 1121. Also real major group heal +10 costs 197 mp, not 206. Afaik robe mastery got enchant problem too, on retail server it gives 25% mdef.
Please check my issue, if you want i can give you as many proofs as you need (Include screenshots from retail server).
