1st - Hello, my Class is Maestro 77, i have sub titan 76, sub aw 65, sub sd 40, i have full certificates on main, but i would like to change my main to SD, will i lose the lvl? how does it works?

2nd - How does it works to buy a char ingame? i see many people want to buy/sell but i mean how does it really works without geting my adena scammed or something?
