Yes I have used the support service about 1.5 hours ago and I'm sure it will be taken care off if someone reads it if I'm not allowed to post here someone close the thread.
Also I think this is a global problem there's something wrong with the website.

I have the same problem and I sent the email to support at 2pm .....i think that we must have patience  ;)

I'm having a problem with the ip filter, when I try to log it tells me that I need to change the ip filter from the account manager on the site .... when i go to the site clicking on the link to  change it  I don't get the mail. .... I have already tried tonight and at 2am and  today at 13pm, the mail is still arriving.
I already tried searching the forums but I havn't found anything that would help.

P.S. ah last night I tried to use the trade bot ...... and from that moment that gave me the error.
