Anyways, try downclocking your card a little with that riva tuner some guy posted earlier. Maybe it helps. If not, no clue mate. :s
(don't have that tool installed anymore with my new card so I can't really help where all settings are sadly)

actually, when i change the "Anti-Aliasing" from the Options menu, it fixes, but u cant enjoy the game if it malfunctions :p
