USSR [x15] Support / Coin of Magic quest

Hi, i started this quest from Hunters today and got lvl 3 membership. According to this: http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Lineage_II/Quests/Repeatable/Coin_of_Magic#Become_a_Royal_Member
Timak Orcs around Apostate drop Blood Medusa Coins. I was there at least 20 minutes killing Timak Orc Soldiers and Archers, without getting a single coin. Then i decided to try another mob, this time Lakin outside Hunters, but it didnt drop either. Didn't have time to try other mobs. So my question is, is there a problem with this quest or I'm just not patient enough?
