i check gracia final pvp movies and there bd/sws never land 10/10 tries

i made some test tank and bd/sws aggression, bd/sws its low lvl but it kinda land 100%
if tank aggression is 100% its oki but bd/sws should be 1/10 or even less since its under lvl 40 skill
