Aren't there some double exp packs etc on ncwest or premium accs for boost exp?

Funny thing that everyone complain about this onscreen dmg while in all previous chronicles they were trying to make these onscreen dmg/buffs etc with all the possible ways.
And if I'm not wrong u can turn it off. But dunno for sure :|
