False positive, just add to exception list.
I have the same problem and putting system.dll into the exception list didnt help i still get that error

That looks like missing .net framework 2.0. Install it and then try again.

nope i have it. Also i see that many other players are having problems with the system.dll ...
Try to disable antivirus completelly for a while and check if game starts. At least you'll know where the problem is. You should also check if your antivirus has 2 exceptions list. One is usually for manual scan while second for active guard. You need to add that file/dir in both. That's (http://forums.azuregaming.net/showpost.php?p=422888&postcount=7) for avast for example.
