guys i make this quest,but i up 1 lvl kill kranrots and the quest item never drop?is hard drop? i need kill other mobs first??

i leveled 7 lvl in gc doing that q, and got 5 patchments ( that means i got 1 time) gf mf q :>

no dude it's all about luck, i got 2 lvl to two char from 59 to 61 and from 57 to 58 and i got a lot of things.
ex. 4 tm plate, 3 tm tunic, 2 dc light arm etc etc.
it's all about luck and some times exchanges.

So whats up with this quest? Every other server I've played on it takes no time at all to get this item, maybe like 1 or 2 buff rounds at the most. My friend has been farming 2 days now for it and still hasn't gotten the drop. Can the admins look into this please?
