I have problem with quest in subject, I have all items to finish quest: 50x Trunk of Nepenthes, 50x Secret Spice, 50x Foot of Bandersnatchling. When I came back to jeremy he said:
Leave now, gather the ingredients and bring them to me at once!
There;s no time to waste!
Since I have all ingredients he should just give me a ice crystal... whats wrong with this, bcs I know its just my bug somehow. :)

Kill more quest mobs
As far as i remember you need to kill at least one (one should be enough tbh) quest mob to get quest done once you get 50/50/50.
I had this problem too, (i had 50/50/50)
Solved - kill one more mob from all type ;-)
