btw, 600 minutes have already past, and chat ban isn't over yet..

Certainly a lot more then those that get it. I've chat banned people yesterday for half an hour straight. I think there were about 100 chat bans. I would stay more then that, but there are other things to do in life too. Just read the server rules.

I would like to propose a system mesagge like: "wtb/wts/wtt on +trade chat" and worn peaople is punishiable...I have seen simular tactic on some other l2servers...
