Timak Orcs around Apostate drop Blood Medusa Coins. I was there at least 20 minutes killing Timak Orc Soldiers and Archers, without getting a single coin. Then i decided to try another mob, this time Lakin outside Hunters, but it didnt drop either. Didn't have time to try other mobs. So my question is, is there a problem with this quest or I'm just not patient enough? :D
