Not exacly same, there will be only those with darkness weakness. But there will be more of them. And you dont need aprove to join, you can pay 50k adena if im sure.
The point is what big clans will do...

I'd like to know this as well. The 7s records say 18:00 but that is for everyone regardless of time zone. For example, in the siege NPC, they say the current time and siege time of your zone, unlike the 7s records.
So I assume that it means 18:00 gmt +3, but can anyone confirm it?
