So someone said im supposed to have a new char with all my items on or something like that... can someone explain to me why?

its make lower lag to your main char, and same lower lag for server

All item loaded in the world is a large array.
Drop + characters(online) items + warehouse + stuff on pet
logical - the smaller the items count is loaded in the world, the faster the action on an item.
