As i see there is NPC server problems. I am 30 min clicking on pushkin to receive sins eaters necklace (penitent's manacle) and he won't give it to me (i have all needed materials).... Maybe gm can summon that "penitent's manacle" to my inventory and take mats from me which is needed to take necklace?

Please help :)
