Well as i saw yesterday after making 26 lvl kamaloka with a party we fgot 6minutes penalty and it should be 24 hours. Dont really know if it was visual bug or something coz i didnt try to re-join another kamaloka just saw that i got no penalty on /instancezone.
Daily instances reset at certain time every time. Penalty is calculated till that reset, it's not 24h per player. If you do instance right before they reset you'll be able to enter it again few minutes later.

Well yesterday i made kamaloka at 26 lvl and i just saw that 6 mins after i could re-make kama thats why im reporting it got no idea.
Kamaloka restart time is at 6am GMT. If you did it at 5:55 you can enter again at 6:00
is normal theat at 36 pailaka 100+ players to whyt to ghet in ^^
yes, because all pailaka instances zones are busy.
