from my experience, it lands more often when u hit a dagger... but maybe its just me
I used to make fun with some genocide members saying they pop up Greater Fury easier then some enemies...so a few seconds before pvp fun started i used to force attack some clan mates ... from what i recall, Binkz group was 95% success :P
