Well we all expeting huge online server will lag for sure so to decrease this lag good option is autopick up from normal mobs and from raids normal drop.
I remember how it was at x5 lot of random nukers just went to the vos and leaved xxxx arrows, adena, herbs in 5 minutes farm.

Drops are not a problem for lags. They get auto deleted anyway after 15 (or 10, not sure) minutes of not being picked up.
