Voting will be up from 15 October to 1 November 2010
On 1 November we will sum up the results and start advertizing campaign of the USSR server
Server start is due in MID-NOVEMBRE

There are 10k votes we dont need any more advertizing , go start server plix.

Server will start when it was announced it will start, that being MID NOVEMBER.
