Hi I have a problem my dagger reached lvl 72 and I should have shadow step, but its not in the list of new skills I can learn.. any ideas?

First of all, you would need to get an spell book for it, which drops below the giant cave, at silent valley.

wtf I tought on gracia final there are no spell books for any skills

Some skills need. Like combo-buffs and ur shadow step.

ok cool but why isnt it even listed in the new skills I can learn >< w/e any1 knows the price of the book :P

Skills that required forgotten scrolls (HB and higher) still need them.
There aren't many of those skills and droprate of books is quite good, so there should be no problem getting it.

@EDIT:
It doesnt appear in the list because you double click on book to learn it.
