i noticed when i vote there are 2 countdowns after i type the captchas theres one countdown of 30 secs which you apparently cant stop and that leads you to a site with second countdown of 15 secs. which of the countdowns is necessary do you have to wait for both?

there is a new 30 sec countdown added after you vote
it says something like your vote is processed do not refresh the site
and the you can see the old one 15s one
i wonder if its added just so ppl watch their adds or maybe those are some changes to voting system so ppl wont have to wait for like 30min after vote till they can login

first countdown is nesesary, if u close windows before it ends, vote does not count. when ifrst count down finish u can close window if u want
