why dosent batle roar augment dosent work normal? I kad batle roar 9 and batle roar 2 on my weapons both give the same amaunt of healt only 114 so why dosent 9 br gives still only 114?

I saw a video where glad uses batle roar augment and it restors 1/3 of his hp but noo this one restores 114 hp and thats all dosent mater if its 76 ls or 40....
