Title: l2.exe cpu usage
Post by: ezraelide on July 22, 2010, 12:11:36 AM
hi all,
lately i've noticed how much cpu does l2.exe eat,it's about static 50% and more,
i tried to start from a previous backup, reinstall gracia pts etc but still use 50% and up,
i have checked "decrease backgroud performance" and so yes, when i minimize window cpu usage come back to normal values, but in main window it will finish to burn my pc.

it seems too much for me,
i have a decent cpu,e4300 oc at 3100 mhz and 4 gb of ram.

how much does it eat of your cpu?

also, does rpg use gameguard or may i disable it?
i've heard it eat a lot of cpu so may be it's it.

cheers.

It's all fine. E4300 is dual core CPU and since L2 doesn't really use multi-core, 50% means that it utilizes 100% of what one core can give. That's how it should be for non-minimized game.
