You can't target NPC (or another player).
and u cant use it in peace zone for selling/buying, dont forget for that.

lol not in FI ? Best is that GM's sometimes TP you there, so it can't be forbidden there...or it would be prety stupid imo

FI is not a town afaik, same goes for rift - peace zone spots
so if ppl got banned in rift for trade bot so i guess same goes for FI
