Is there a way to regain Vitality faster than just beeing offline or in a villige?

yes there is. donate for cakes or just vote, get coins and trade them for cakes.
certain instances and raids ingame also give vitality even tho its not that great amount
1) Being offline or afk in peace zone;
2) Vitality herb;
3) Killing raid bosses or doing the Pailaka instances (3 quests, 1 time per char);
4) Certain events, like the GK one;
5) Voting for the server, you can get some hats with a 1 time, 20 minute buff that restores vitality while farming. Cost is 2 vote coins. Or, you can get The Cake™ for 7 vote coins and it buffs you with a vitality restoring buff for 1h (you and everyone around it);
6) Getting Silvercoins by helping the server, with which you can get The Cake™
I would like to vote but the site is all in russian I dont undarstand anything there.
