You first need to turn it on so that u can "never turned if off". And ur the first that complains about this, I tested it with 2 accounts and it works perfect for me.

Then activate the filter for the site also and ur friend won't be able to log on site to change it or disable it.

But now it's not about if my friend can log my buffpet but its about that someone scammed one of my acc and i had installed ip filter(maybe only for game acc, not for websites) because if i remember correctly by the end of May on every acc has been installed this ip filter...........so why gm dont want give me back my stolen items if IP filter has been installed??

how exactly people can get my password?
are they in my computer for that, or in rpg database?

People can get your password if you tell it to them or if they manage to get a keylogger on your computer. The IP filter should, theoretically, allow ppl to connect only from the ip's mentioned by the owner on site.
But, from my tests, only the fixed ip's are working. For those with dynamic ip's, setting a class of ip ( Ex.: 122.93.* or 172.5.10.* ) seems to not work. The ip filter is correctly set but it doesn't block ip's out of the classes you set.

I will report this to admin and should be fixed shortly.

how do they know to which persons they should send keylogger?
how to protect against those evil worms?

don't go to any suspicious "enchanting or free silver coins" sites don't trust anybody and you will be fine.

so have i got any chance to receive my stolen items back??

MV: i've just reported this, need to wait for an answer. But from what u said, u didn't even tried to use it before being scammed, so i don't know. For the others, if u have a fixed ip, it works perfect.

I know this feature wannabe some "dumb protection" (because when someone has been scammed, hacked their account and so on, it is 99,99% of the time that the users fault) but do not force-attach it as a need for support thing. Thank you!

hey. got a question

What if I let's say change my accomodation and forget to disable ip protection both for web and game. Can I reset ip filter via e-mail? Or do I have to go back to location where this filtered ip exists?

hello. I have two accounts and one tells me to change the IP filter and pasword. Can it be because I have a friend who plays with me from the same place?

I can recover that account?

I would have to do?

;)

Do what it asks you to do.....
Change IP filter, just reset it that's all.
PW change not needed, optionnal.
