I DID it on my Wc i killed the RB and now npc giving me that im not doing quest and cant finish it nick of my Char : KyP

It was case for few more people, but mostly you either got to get your weapon upgraded or pretty much repeat the quest again not sure how did they solve their problem.

make sure you took the spear from 1st npc, and upraged it even if you didnt use it.

yesterday i did it to two chars and it was perfect i didnt even enchant weapon

i didnt upgrade the spear and quest was done

did u kill the last last boss with a pet ? if yes delete the quest and go again this pailaka is kinda bugged. u dont even need the spear.
