i'm not sure it's a bug but herbs doesn't work on wolf. on any server i played if i take for example herb of life, hp of wolf was also restored. here if i take herb wolf doesn't get any buff/hp.
Pick up the herb with the pet and it will work

its works with summoner pets, i think shouldt work with wolves, only if you pickup it with the pet.
herbs work on summons not on pets
wolf is a pet, if u want him to use herb, pickup herbs with him
