Donations cannot be automatically restored to players, who created their chars after 1 April 2010.
They should write to SUPPORT (https://forumen.rpg-club.net/?p=sendmsg), specifying:
1. х30 char name
2. payment date and time
3. payment sum
4. х35 new char name
