Since i didnt find a x1000 threat i will post it here and hope get a answer.
Well today i tryed to add attbritube into my dynasty cloack is say that i cant but why there are ppl have cloack wicth has attbritube inside :S.

You cant add atribute on cloak, its already with it when you buying it.
