no, not shadow items dont dissapire after you use the skill (big head, fireworks) (dunno about "event" hats, but dont think they will dissapire after skill use aswell).
(had a wizard hat - fireworks on x30)
that one i wanna donate, when u used the firework, the skill had cooldown but u still had the hat, right?
