Quest: Path to Becoming a Lord - Giran

This quest for castle owner of giran (char RETARD, clan Genocide) is bugged for the last part. I can't turn in the item "Freight Chest's Seal" to giran warehouse NPC Gesto.

I have heard this was bugged even on retail, and GM's were required to finish the quest.

I am affraid u will have to switch castle to get your crests on town npcs :P If there was same bug at giran quest on retail PTS, its here for sure too, dunno tho how much priority can such thing get at Admin "to do" list.
