depends of how many ppl are logging in the server at the moment, if u play at night, u can open how many u want.

at this hour every one was able to log 4 chars omg
when 5k ppl on u can log max 4 chars / at 6 k ppl just 3
but now 5k and just 2 boxes oO omg :((
