They won't merge it for now, deal with it bro. maybe there will be "merge" with federation when x7 will die like x3 died now, but most likely on terms like "move chars for RUR with no epics, no adena etc."
If you wanna play go play some fresh server like the one here (http://www.apdgaming.com/) or just quit this sh1t and enjoy the summer :D
