Hello,i have a necromancer lvl 52 and when i give anchor on mobs dosint works,i play on another serveres with necros and seems to me is a bug becose the mob dont freeze he continue to hit , can someone take a look pls, tx for ure time.
I see neaw he get anchor but after a wile ,why dont get instanly ?
