We have a small Greek cp with crafter/spoler/ee/sd/berz all at lvl 60+ full b grade (working A).We play daily from 9 to 12 gtm+2 plus some hours at morning.We speak english quite good...What we except from clan is to speak english at clan chat,activities like (farm/pvp/fort)...
