What's being fixed aside from spoil amount to 1x chance 5x amount?

Maybe SS lags?

Spoil won't be changed tonight, it is still being worked on. I told you it will take quite a few days. You'll have it next week.

Why is the server going down for maintenance? I mean, what is getting fixed?
I think that many people would appreciate to see a change log.
