Have patience until they fix the lag on x3. Your problem will most probably disappear at the same time.

If this is connected with 3x issues, then I'm wondering why my problems started before Empire was launched... Huge amount of players in 3x is not explaining my issue. Maybe DDoS attack started before server launch? doesn't sound credibly.

BTW yesterday lags started again, but this time proxy program helped.
