players=money, if you want money you have to care.rude but true :P
they use mail info used on forum to register, and you must change setting to allow other to see your email. i think only those people got scam mails.
btw, there is same thread on x30 forum i thing, and there is good conclusion.. smth similiar to "this mail sound too good! it looks like admins care about us" :)
