Well I did it and got the message about wrong text
Finally got unbanned, so can respond.
U go to that link: https://www.rpg-club.org/?p=2pay (https://www.rpg-club.org/?p=2pay) (i think u have to chose x5 servur in the list that is on the top of that site) than choose sms, than switch to english, by clicking american flag, and from there it's as easy as pie :) in nickname u write ur char's nick, and email is just the adress u need confirmation on ;) After clicking next u're asked for country and operator (if country list appears in russian, try using google translate). There u get this table - Number u need to send sms to, text of the message, and cost of it.
I don`t remmember rly but i think i got 34 coins.
