hi i have a ccount but i lost the email adress for it, didnt played 1 year so i cant remember the email adress and i hope u can help me i think the account name was Herour1990 , my char was a kamal ( lvl 77 Doombringer with s grade weapon ) char name was ace if u can give me the password of the account it would be help too ^^

Lost control over registration e-mail
If for some reason you don't have access to your registration e-mail:
* you used nonexistent e-mail for registration
* you forgot your e-mail password
* your e-mail was hacked
It becomes then impossible to prove your proprietorship for this account.
i didnt lost control of my email, i just forgot the email adress that i regristert for this account if i had the email adress i could log in and re do my password, where is the problem to give an email adress to an account? if u dont have the right password u cant log in.

There's no way u can prove this account is urs, so...
But u can still try to post a ticket in support.
