I'm pretty sure everything will be in english at server start. They can just copy/paste the x30 files which are 99,999% in english.

u are wrong is englishi made it ;)
Didn't talked about this with admins but i noticed ingame that the dev is trying to include english and russian text for all npc's. So, even if it's not yet translated, it will be soon.
